The Jersey City Apartment Owners Association (JCAOA) is the leading voice for property owners, managers, and housing providers across Jersey City. Our mission is to protect property rights, advocate for fair and balanced housing policies, and provide the resources and education our members need to succeed. By fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and building strong connections within the housing community, we work to ensure that Jersey City remains a vibrant, sustainable, and accessible place to live and invest. We work with all facets of the multifamily ecosystem including property owners, property managers, and vendors by providing JCAOA members a communal platform to showcase your investments in the local community and philanthropic contributions.
